Power Interruptions are a bane to both the customers and to Meralco, For our customers, they are a source of major inconvenience. For the company, they result in loss of customer goodwill and revenue. Thus, Meralco institutes measures to prevent and minimize inconvenience to customers due to a power interruption. Large-scale power interruptions does not escape Meralco’s monitoring systems that instantaneously relay problems with the electrical system even before they actually occur.
