Customers can expect a brownout-free day today as bank nos. 3 and 4 of Dolores substation, owned and operated by the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), are already energized. Meralco crews helped the NGCP in the evaluation and restoration works. Bank no. 3 was the first to cut in on Friday evening, Oct. 9, while bank no. 4 was energized just before midnight last night.
