POSITION: ENGINEER

Function:

Performs operational/technical tasks and economic studies on assigned project pertaining to existing and/or future power system development and expansion of distribution facilities of the Company.


Qualifications:
  1. Licensed Engineer - BS Electrical Engineer / BS Civil Engineer
  2. Good scholastic records
  3. Good verbal and written communication skills
  4. Computer literate – knowledgeable in basic computer applications, i.e., MS Office
POSITION: CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (CG) ANALYST

Function:

The Corporate Governance Analyst provides analytical support in the development, implementation, review, assessment and enhancements of CG policies, rules, regulations and programs.

Will act as Administrator of the E-Report Mo program responsible for proper recording, safekeeping, resolutions and giving feedback to reporting persons and concerned employees/offices.


Qualifications:

Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications to be considered:

  1. Graduate of Business, Finance, Engineering or related course. MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred but not required.
  2. At least 3 years experience in management of any business process (customer management, legal investigation, accounting, etc.) is preferred. Background in Corporate Legal is a plus factor.
  3. With strong analytical skills and has worked as Business Process Analyst or equivalent function, and with experience in planning and project management in negotiating issues and problem resolution, and in maintaining composure under pressure.
  4. Ability to communicate and work with middle and top line management as well as work with cross-functional teams.
  5. Is a quick learner and ability to understand business dynamics. Must be able to collect and analyse data as benchmark for best practice.
  6. Excellent oral and written communication.
POSITION: HEAD, INFORMATION COMMUNICATION AND TECHNOLOGY SECURITY

Function:

Provides leadership and guidance to the Information Security Management function, providing line management, leadership and strategic direction for the function and liaising closely with Strategy and Innovation Stakeholders, as well as Business Leaders of the enterprise to bring the organization’s information security risks under explicit management control through the Information Security Management System. Leads the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of the Information Security Management System based on the ISO/IEC 27000 series standards, including certification against ISO/IEC 27001. Identifies and sets strategic business directions and explores opportunities based on trends in markets, technology and the industry to meet the changing needs and priorities of internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications:

Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications to be considered:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  2. With 10+ years in ICT or Line of Business leadership, management or supervisory roles in an enterprise environment, preferably in utilities/energy, technology, manufacturing and logistics industries.
  3. Experience in implementing and supporting enterprise systems, business solutions, and applying technology to solve business problems. (Experience with ERP, EAM, CRM, ADMS, GIS, Field Force Automation, BI/DW, Big Data, CEP is a plus.)
  4. Experience working in organizations that apply the concepts of SEI CMMI, ITSM/ITIL, COBIT, and other related standards and methodologies.
  5. High-level technical expertise combined with excellent planning, coordination and communication skills, as well as the ability to work with teams.
  6. Excellent project management skills and strong problem solving skills including demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop, implement and document processes that improve the accuracy and timing of work products and business activities.
  7. Self-starter with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong organization, time management, and oral/written communication skills.
POSITION: CORPORATE TECHNOLOGY STRATEGY HEAD

Function:

The Head of Corporate Technology Strategy is a subject matter expert with depth and breadth of energy/power utility design, engineering, operations and diversity of Information Technology (IT) and Operations Technology (OT) and solutions integration experience. In addition, Head of Corporate Technology Strategy demonstrates strong business acumen.


Qualifications:

Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications to be considered:

  1. Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant technical field (preferably with a mix of business degree and experience)
  2. At least 15 years of energy/power utility experience (preferably with a mix of technology / solution / product / application, consulting, Research Development & Demonstration (RD&D) and utility positions
  3. Subject matter expertise in at least one area of the energy/power utility/industry i.e. Transmission & Distribution (T&D) power systems design, engineering and operations, telecommunications, protection, automation and control, system/solution architecture (e.g. IT, enterprise, etc.), applications integration, IT, security, asset management, Home Area Networking (HAN), Advance Metering Infrastructure, business applications, etc
  4. Demonstrated experience with creating utility/industry financial models and commercial value proposition, utility rate case development and justification
  5. Demonstrated knowledge of energy/power industry standards and best practices
  6. Demonstrated technical and cross-organizational leadership
POSITION: SINGLE PHASE INSPECTOR

Function:

Audits and inspect Single Phase non-CT rated metering facility; installation, detection, correction of defective meter, metering, metering installation and apprehension of Violation of Contract cases to reduce Systems Losses of the company; disconnection and deterrence of Illegal Service Connections (ISCs); initiation and processing of Billing Adjustment Cases.


Qualifications:

Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications to be considered:

  1. Male, not more than 30 years old
  2. Must be at least 5’5” in height
  3. Must be a graduate of 2-4 year Technical/Vocational course related to Electrical Technology, Practical Electricity or any allied courses; or with at least 60 units of related engineering course preferably in EE or ECE
  4. Preferably a Registered Master Electrician
  5. Must have at least a student driver’s permit
POSITION: TECHNICIAN

Function:

Tests, inspects and calibrates electrical and electronic equipment and devices.


Qualifications:

Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications to be considered:

  1. Male/Female, not more than 30 years old for male and 25 years old for female
  2. Must be at least 5’4” in height for male and 5’2” for female
  3. Must be a graduate of 2-4 year Technical/Vocational course related to Electrical Technology, Practical Electricity or any allied courses; or with at least 60 units of related engineering course preferably in EE or ECE
  4. Preferably a Registered Master Electrician
  5. Must have at least a student driver’s permit
POSITION: FIELD REPRESENTATIVE

Function:

Handles field orders involving Residential and Industrial Customers.


Qualifications:

Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications to be considered:

  1. Male, not more than 30 years old
  2. Must be at least 5’4” in height
  3. Must be a graduate of any Engineering course – EE, ECE, CE & ME; or 2-4year Technical /Vocational course related to Electrical Technology, Practical Electricity or any allied courses; or at least 60 units of related engineering course preferably in EE or ECE
  4. Preferably a Registered Master Electrician
  5. Computer literate – knowledgeable in basic computer applications, i. e., MS Office
POSITION: MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Function:

The Marketing Associate assists with the planning and execution of marketing activities, which includes: market research, strategy formulation, program management, resource management, advertising, and market planning. The Marketing Associate is also responsible for the success of marketing programs and campaigns and launching and promotion of new products/services.


Qualifications:

Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications to be considered:

  1. Graduate of Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Marketing or related courses. MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred but not required.
  2. At least 2 years experience in product management, market research, or any related field.
  3. Demonstrates strong analytical and tool-based financial and technical modelling/simulation skills.
  4. Quick learner and ability to understand business dynamics.
  5. Preferably with in-depth functional exposure/experience in market research and planning function
  6. Demonstrates strong decision-making skills under pressure. Attention to detail is a must.
  7. Ability to communicate and work with middle and top line management as well as work with cross-functional teams.
