POSITION: MARKET INTELLIGENCE ASSOCIATE

Function:

The Market Intelligence Associate gathers, analyses, interprets and monitors data using appropriate statistical techniques to facilitate planning, design and development of market studies and gain valuable consumer insights.


Qualifications:

Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications to be considered:

  1. Graduate of Business, Marketing, Finance, engineering or related course
  2. MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred but not required
  3. With 5 years working experience
  4. Good scholastic records
  5. Demonstrates strong analytical skills
  6. Quick learner and ability to understand business dynamics. Must be able to collect and analyse market data to identify industry and competitive trends
  7. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  8. Ability to communicate and work with middle and top line management as well as work with cross-functional teams.
POSITION: TECHNICIAN/SINGLEPHASE INSPECTOR

Function:

Tests, inspects and calibrates electrical and electronic equipment and devices.


Qualifications:

Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications to be considered:

  1. Male, not more than 30 years old
  2. Must be at least 5’4” in height
  3. Must be a graduate/undergraduate of any related engineering course preferably EE or ECE
  4. Preferably a Registered Master Electrician
  5. Must have at least a student driver’s permit
POSITION: ENGINEER

Function:

Performs operational/technical tasks and economic studies on assigned project pertaining to existing and/or future power system development and expansion of distribution facilities of the Company.


Qualifications:
  1. Licensed Engineer - BS Electrical Engineer / BS Civil Engineer
  2. Good scholastic records
  3. Good verbal and written communication skills
  4. Computer literate – knowledgeable in basic computer applications, i.e., MS Office
POSITION: EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Function:

Operates electrical and electronic equipment and devices.


Qualifications:
  1. Male, not more than 30 years old
  2. Must be a graduate of vocational courses related to maintenance, electrical and electronics
  3. Preferably with professional driver's license with code for heavy equipment operation
  4. With experience related to maintenance and operation of heavy equipment like crane and forklift
POSITION: TALENT MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Function:

The Talent Management Officer designs and implements the Talent management systems of the Company as aligned with the overall talent management and internal recruitment strategy.


Qualifications:
  1. With experience in designing and implementing Talent Management Systems
  2. With knowledge and experience in implementing various talent management systems; talent identification, assessment, promotion, succession planning, executive coaching, competency development
  3. With background in: Organization Development, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits
  4. Excellent analytical skills
  5. Ability to build and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders
POSITION: CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT HEAD

Function:

Leads the team engaged in Customer Solutions and Product Development to ensure alignment and full support of the Company's business strategies in Business Modelling/Casing and Commercialization of any new and/or added value customer-facing services and offerings.


Qualifications:

Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications to be considered:

  1. In depth expertise in Business Modelling/Casing and Commercialization
  2. Should demonstrate strong business acumen
  3. Preferably with Engineering background in power utility and/or telecommunications
  4. Masters degree in relevant field is preferred
  5. At least 10 years of demonstrated expertise in marketing, product commercialization and other relevant fields of expertise
POSITION: HEAD, FIELD OPERATIONS (Cavite)

Function:

The Head of Field operations will handle meter reading, inspection, testing; field operations, facilities inspection, construction, and operations and maintenance.

Function:

The Chief Finance Officer will set strategic finance direction, manage financial planning and reporting; oversee treasury, risk and financial regulatory management; oversee budgeting, accounting and cash management; secure new financing.


Qualifications:

Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications to be considered:

  1. CPA, or with Finance or Accounting degree
  2. With more than 10 years experience in financial planning and other accounting processes
  3. Capampangan affinity preferred, but not required

  1. An HR professional, with experience in post-merger integration and re-organization initiatives
  2. Has worked in the power distribution industry or in a cooperative
  3. Outgoing and highly sociable
  4. Capampangan affinity preferred, but not required
