Understanding your Bill

This is the new number you will need when paying your electric bill. Please use this number as reference for easier and faster transactions.
Note: For customers who pay through the electronic payment options (i.e., online, ATM, phone banking or mobile banking) of our partner banks or credit card companies, you may need to enroll your Account Number to continue paying your Meralco bill through these options. Please refer to our website or inquire with your bank or credit card company for details. For customers who pay through auto-debit or auto-charge, there is no need to re-enroll your account. Meralco is coordinating directly with your bank/credit card company. Please refer to attached letter or the website for other information.
This table reflects the total amount due for all your electric
services under your account. It also shows your current charges
and the corresponding due date and any unpaid balance from the
previous billing.
This reflects your remaining unpaid balance from the previous
billing.
This is the total amount you need to pay for the indicated bill.
This refers to the aggregate cost of your current charges and any
unpaid balance from the previous billing under your account.
 
This is the new identification number you will use for all electric
service related concerns. One Service ID number is assigned
to each service address.
This pertains to the date your meter was read.
This is the period covered for which the electric service is
being billed.
This date refers to your next scheduled meter reading.
This table/pie chart* illustrates how much of your bill payment
goes to each player in the electricity supply chain, such as
Power Generators like the National Power Corporation (NPC)
and Independent Power Producers (IPP) and other entities to
which your payment is passed on to.

* The pie chart will be made available in your 2014 electric bills

Ang table na ito’y nagpapakita ng kabuuang halagang nakatakda
para sa lahat ng electric services na sumasailalim sa inyong
account. Ipinakikita rin ang inyong current charges at ang
kaukulang takdang petsa at anumang ‘di pa nababayarang
balanse sa nakaraang billing.
Ito ang inyong nalalabing ‘di bayad na balanse sa nakaraang
billing.
Ito ang kabuuang halagang kailangan ninyong bayaran na nakasaad sa bill.
Ito ang kabuuang halaga ng inyong current charges at
anumang ‘di nababayarang balance sa nakaraang billing na
sumasailalim sa inyong account.
Ito ang bagong identification number na gagamitin sa lahat ng
katanungan ukol sa inyong electric service. May isang Service
ID Number na nakatalaga sa bawat service address.
Tinutukoy nito ang petsa kung kailan binasa ang inyong metro.
Ito ang panahong sakop ng electric service na inyong
babayaran.
Ito ang petsang nakatakda para sa susunod ninyong meter
reading.
Ang table/pie chart* ay nagsasalarawan kung magkano sa
inyong pinagbabayaran ang tumutungo sa bawat kalahok
sa electricity supply chain, tulad ng Power Generators gaya

Producers (IPP) at iba pang korporasyong pinapasahan ng
inyong bayarin.
