Customers such as local government units, barangays, homeowners associations, commercial center associations, industrial estates, and real estate developers may apply for Meralco streetlight service by filing an application at the company’s branch offices in their areas.
They should apply for a flat rate streetlight service if they want Meralco to provide the streetlights for existing Meralco poles in the area. However, if the customers want to install their own streetlights, they should apply for metered rate streetlight service.
There are different requirements for flat rate and metered streetlight services. These are:
