Q: How do I report faulty or broken streetlights?
Answer:
Meralco is responsible for maintaining and repairing streetlights that are owned by the company. You may report a non-operating Meralco streetlight thru:
- The Meralco Call Center at 16211
- Our website at www.meralco.com.ph. Click this link to report broken/faulty streetlights
- Your nearest Meralco branch office
In the complaint, the customer should, as much as possible, provide the following information:
- Pole number where the streetlight is installed
- Street name and nearest street corner or landmark
- Barangay
- City or Municipality
- Customer name and contact telephone number
