What are my rights and obligations as a residential customer?
The rights and obligations of a residential customer are embodied in a document entitled "Magna Carta for Residential Electricity Customers or "The Code". The Code took effect on July 4, 2004 while its implementing guidelines took effect on November 26, 2004 by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC).
