This group handles Meralco accounts who have a contracted capacity equal or greater than 500KW. In order to serve the clients according to their specific concerns, three subgroups have been formed: Private Sector Relationship Management, which serves as the interface between the Private Sector and organizations within Meralco; Public Sector Relationship Management to handle Key National Government Agencies; and the Technical Support Group to provide end-to-end support for users, from the initial planning stages of customer project developments and the actual service application process, up to the actual connection to the power grid and power quality management.
