Physicist couple wins 3rd Gawad Haydee Yorac

A physicist-researcher-educator couple from Jagna, Bohol will be conferred the 3rd Gawad Haydee Yorac. Dr. Christopher C. Bernido and Dr. Ma. Victoria Carpio Bernido, President and Principal, respectively, of the Research Center for Theoretical Physics in Bohol have been named awardees.

Meralco and UP honor noted female educator and economist in 2nd Gawad Haydee Yorac

The awardee, Dr. Milwida “Nene” M. Guevara, is a noted economist and educator. Guevara, who hails from Obando, Bulacan, is the President and CEO of Synergeia Foundation, Inc.

Meloto named first winner

Antonio P. Meloto, Executive Director of the Gawad Kalinga (GK) Community Development Foundation, Inc. is the first winner of the Gawad Haydee Yorac.
