e-Meralco Bill Frequently Asked Questions

ENROLLMENT

For new enrollments, please access our enrollment website here. After agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, please input your Service Identification Number and bill date and bill amount of your latest bills for the past two months.

For further inquiries regarding enrollment, please contact our Call Center hotline at 16211.
  • Log in to an existing web account using Login Name and Password. 
  • Click Options
  • Select Enroll Another Service.
  • Input Account No., Service ID No. and bill date and bill amount of electricity bill generated within the past two months.
  • Click Enroll

 

BILLING AND PAYMENT INFO

Yes, you will still receive the printed bill if you subscribe to e-Meralco Bill. 
Bills will be reflected in your web account two (2) days after generation of the bill. 
Payment updates will be reflected in your web account one (1) day after full payment of the bill.
You may not be subscribed to e-mail notification that’s why you don’t receive e-mails updates on your electricity bills. To check whether you are subscribed to new bill e-mail notification, log in to your web account, click Options and click Subscribe to new bill e-mail notification. The e-mail bill notification should have a check mark if you are subscribed.
  • Log in to an existing web account using Login Name and Password.
  • Click Options
  • Click Subscribe to new bill e-mail notification
  • Check the option to e-mail bill notification

 

PAYMENT OF BILLS

No, you cannot pay your bills via e-Meralco Bill website. For possible payment options, click HERE.

 

UPDATE OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  • Click here: Retrieval of Password
  • Input login name. 
  • Click Continue
  • Input validation details: login name, answer to hint question, Service ID No., birthdate and full name. 
  • Click Continue.
  • You will receive an e-mail with your system generated password.

  • Log in to an existing web account using Login Name and Password
  • Click Options
  • Select Change Password
  • Input your old password
  • Input your desired new password twice
  • Click Confirm

  • Log in to an existing web account using Login Name and Password
  • Click Options
  • Select Change Hint Question
  • Input your e-Meralco Bill password
  • Select new hint question from drop down list
  • Input answer to hint question
  • Click Confirm

  • Log in to an existing web account using Login Name and Password. 
  • Click Options
  • Select Update Personal Information
  • You may edit the following user details: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Birthdate, Tel No., Fax No., E-mail Address and subscription to e-mail bill notification.
  • Click Continue to save personal information details.

  • Log in to an existing web account using Login Name and Password.
  • Click Options
  • Select Unsubscribe
  • Select SINs for deletion from your e-Meralco Bill web account
  • Click Unsubscribe
  • Log in to an existing web account using Login Name and Password.
  • Click Options
  • Select Unsubscribe
  • Select all SINs enrolled to the web account
  • Click Unsubscribe
