Certified contractors* are third-party service providers and electricians who can help you with your electric service application requirements. They are licensed by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) and certified under the private electrical contractors certified by Meralco (PECCBM) Program after meeting its technical standards, requirements and qualifications. They can assist in the acquisition of permits needed for electric service, construction of private poles and installation of service entrance.
