Modify service

Plan changes before work begins

Change account or contract details

Update the registered name, authorized parties, and business records with documents that support the requested change.

Add or reduce electrical load

Provide an updated load schedule and electrical plan so Meralco can assess whether the contract, meter, service entrance, or distribution facilities must change.

Relocate or remodel the service

Coordinate meter or service-entrance relocation before construction. Meralco will confirm the technical and documentary requirements for the site.

Stop or restore service

Protect the account when a business moves or closes

Stop service

The owner or authorized signatory submits a request together with identity and entity-authorization documents. Settle the final account requirements and keep confirmation of the completed request.

Restore service

Clear the cause of disconnection, complete any safety or account requirements, and use the official MyMeralco or Meralco support channel for reconnection instructions.

Do not rely on informal requests

Use only official Meralco channels and confirm that the request is attached to the correct Customer Account Number and Service ID Number.

Business service questions

  1. Can my electrical contractor submit requirements?

A selected electrical contractor may submit supported requirements, but the business remains responsible for correct authorization, account documents, and work completed by qualified professionals.

  2. Will every new service follow exactly the same timeline?

No. Timing depends on complete documents, site readiness, permits, electrical work, required Meralco facilities, payments, and inspection results. Your assigned contact will confirm the project schedule.

  3. Where do I begin online?

Use the official MyMeralco guest service-application page. For a complex facility or government project, contact the Business team before finalizing the electrical design.
