-
Which number should I use when paying?
Use the 10-digit Customer Account Number shown on the latest bill and follow the instructions in the selected payment channel. -
Can I make a partial payment?
A specific amount can be paid toward a single bill through supported channels. Pay the full balance by the applicable deadline when possible to avoid disconnection or other service inconvenience. -
How soon will my payment appear?
Posting depends on the channel and time of payment. RTP channels post during their supported daily windows, while some bank, wallet, and over-the-counter payments can take until the next day or longer. -
Can I pay an overdue bill through a payment partner?
Many accredited banks, Bayad channels, and alternative payment centers accept overdue bills. Confirm acceptance and posting time with the specific channel before paying. -
How will I know the payment was successful?
My Meralco shows the payment details and sends a confirmation by SMS or email after a successful transaction. For another channel, keep its receipt or reference number and verify that the payment posts to the account.
