Take a moment to organize the facts that are directly related to your concern, including what happened, when and where it occurred, and who or what area was involved. Include supporting records that are safe and appropriate to share.

Share only relevant information. Do not include passwords, account credentials, unrelated personal information, or confidential details in a general contact or public feedback channel.
