Analyst

General Responsibilities:

• Monitors successful activations of AMI meters
• Registration of metering communication devices (i.e. DCUs, Repeaters, Gateways)
• Perform AMI operations related task (i.e. remote disconnection/reconnection via HES, adjustment of load threshold
• Analysis of AMI data points to generate insights for optimization activities
• Provision of assistance to management and organization (i.e. resolution of process / technical / system concerns, conduct of special studies/analysis/investigations, support to implementation of enterprise projects, handling of transactional/system related inquiries, facilitation of process and systems trainings and preparation of reference materials, etc.)
• Preparation and communication of various technical and performance related reports

Technical Competencies 

• Passed Analyst exam
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Qualifications

• Graduate of at least 4-year course/degree from a highly reputable college or university (preferably BS Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related fields) 
• Previous work experience as Process Analyst is an advantage
