Asset and Contract Management Associate

Job Summary:

The Associate is responsible for the daily and tactical management of information and communication technology (ICT) assets, both hardware and software, as well as the ICT-related contracts, within the organization. The role will develop, implement, assess and recommend framework, policies, guidelines, process and procedures for asset and contract management. 

General Responsibilities:

• Formulates, recommends and maintains the framework, policies, guidelines, process and procedures for ICT asset and contract management aligned with corporate procurement policies.
• Creates, implements and leads programs and projects for ICT asset and contract management.
• Monitors all the ICT assets throughout the enterprise utilizing tools to manage all assets within the organization.
• Assess and recommend procurement strategies to leverage ICT investments both on assets and contracts.
• Tracks acquisition, procurement, inventory, maintenance, retirement and disposal of ICT assets as performed by product/asset owners.
• Monitors all software licenses and analyzes entitlements, usage and costs and establishes controls for compliance and optimization.
• Analyzes IT asset management life cycles, ICT asset utilization and valuations reports
• Develops asset optimization plans
• Formulates and recommends ICT resource strategies and directions

Qualifications

• Graduate of any related 4-year or 5-year degree courses: Computer Science, Engineering, Management
• At least 2 years of working experience in ICT field
• Experience in evaluating or implementing asset management tools or software.
• Experience in scoping, planning and managing complex and concurrent technical activities supported by a strong understanding of IT project management; demonstrated ability to manage scope, timeline, and budget a plus.
• Experience with business requirements gathering and analysis.
• Experience in developing business cases and negotiating with vendors.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills with experience communicating complex, technical concepts to all levels.
