Meter Engineer

Location:

Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Summary:

The Meter Engineer is responsible for the following functions:

• Management of the installation, replacement, relocation, and retirement of revenue meters and metering facilities
• Management of the configuration setting, testing, and calibration of revenue meter and meter devices ensuring safety and accurate reading
• Management of the verification testing and commissioning of ERC-type approved revenue meters
• Conduct of operations/technical tasks relating to revenue metering
• Conduct of research and development studies on new revenue metering technologies

Qualifications:

• Registered Electrical Engineer or Licensed Electronics Engineer
• Work experience in an electric distribution utility or related industry is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Excellent business communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to details
• Preferably with a driver’s license and can drive manual transmission vehicles
• Willing to work onsite (Pasig City)
