Project Engineer (Customer Retail Services)

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Summary:

The role will serve as Project Engineer for the expeditious processing of Ordinary and Project-Covered Service Applications for its assigned clients, in relation to their facility/ business expansion and system/ network upgrade requirements. The role will be responsible for specific deliverables which include the following:

• Document Review and Evaluation: Receive, evaluate, and follow up on customer documentary requirements and notification letters
• Site and Load Assessments: Conduct initial and final site inspections, load schedule evaluations, and Service Application Viability Evaluations (SAVE)
• Proposal and Records Preparation: Coordinate with internal teams for customer proposals, prepare technical documents, and maintain system records such as Generate CMS User Assistance Facility (CUAF), work orders, and field orders
• Customer Coordination and Notifications: Issue and deliver notification letters, provide final instructions, and coordinate energization schedules with the customer
• Post-Energization and Billing: Verify first bill accuracy, prepare payment endorsements, and create Power Account Data Sheets

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
