Paperless Billing

With Paperless Billing, you get access to your monthly bills electronically through email or your Meralco Online account.

Keeping track of your bills has never been this easy — lost, misplaced and damaged bills will now become a thing of the past. To top it all off, every Paperless Billing notification provides you with a link to pay for your bill online.

1. STEP 1:
   Sign up to Meralco Online‌ and log in to your account.

2. STEP 2:
   Click on Paperless Billing in the Overview page.

3. STEP 3:
   Read and agree to the Paperless Billing Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

4. STEP 4:
   Click next to subscribe and wait for the confirmation email.

*If the name used for your Meralco Online account is not the same as the name on your bill, you will be required to submit additional documentation.
