Go paperless through these easy steps:

  1. STEP 1:
    Sign up to My Meralco‌ and log in to your account.
  2.  
  3. STEP 2:
    In the menu or dashboard, tap "Paperless Billing"
  4.  
  5. STEP 3:
    Tap the "Switch to Paperless" button and submit the requirements
  6. Note: If the name used for your My Meralco account is not the same as the name on your bill, you will be required to submit additional documentation:
    1) Valid ID number
    2) Authorization letter 
  7.  
  8. STEP 4:
    Wait for the confirmation via email and/or SMS
