Sign up to My Meralco and log in to your account

In the menu or dashboard, tap “Paperless Billing”

Tap the “Switch to Paperless” button and submit the requirements
Note: If the name used for your My Meralco account is not the same as the name on your bill, you will be required to submit additional documentation: 1) Valid ID number 2) Authorization letter
