To migrate your Meralco Online account to My Meralco:

  1. Access My Meralco through the web (www.mymeralco.com.ph) or your My Meralco app.
  2. Input your Meralco Online credentials OR access the Single-Sign-On option associated with a Meralco Online account.
  3. Check your email and click the verification link within 24 hours upon receipt to set up your new password. The link will expire after 24 hours.
  4. Set a new password for your account.
  5. Log in to My Meralco using your updated password.
  6. Input your current mobile number and wait for your One-Time Pin (OTP).
  7. Type in your OTP to be redirected to your My Meralco overview page.

To create an account for My Meralco, please prepare the following:

  1. A valid email address
  2. A working mobile number
  3. A Meralco bill or a bill deposit receipt
  1. Click on the “Create Account” button on the Log In Page of the My Meralco App or Web.
  2. Read and accept the “Terms & Conditions” and “Privacy Policy”.
  3. Click on “Continue with Google/Facebook/Apple” button.
  4. Enter your account credentials in the pop-up and click on “Login”.
  5. Enter your Customer Account Number (CAN) manually or scan your CAN QR.
  6. Complete the OTP validation.
  7. The Meralco Account will be created. For Single-Sign-On, no verification is required.
  8. The account is activated and verified by default.

Your Meralco Customer Account Number (CAN) is found at the blue box section on the front of your bill. You may also scan the QR code printed at the bottom of your Meralco Bill.

Type in your registered username and password, or you may log in using your linked Google, Apple, or Facebook accounts.

  1. When you log in to My Meralco for the first time, a prompt will appear asking you to “Enable Biometrics.”
  2. To secure your login with fingerprint or face recognition, click the “Enable Biometrics” button.
  3. Once biometrics are successfully set up, another prompt will appear for you to create your MPIN.
  4. Create your MPIN by entering a 6-digit code and click “Continue.”
  5. After the MPIN is successfully set up, close the app then launch it again to log in using either biometrics or MPIN.

Only successful transactions will be charged the convenience fee. Failed transactions do not make use of MERALCO’s partners’ payment facilities, therefore the convenience fee will not be charged.

If your payment was made during our cut-off period which is between 11PM to 7AM (Phil Standard Time), it will be placed in this status temporarily. Kindly check the status again after 24 hours or wait for the email notification which confirms that your payment has been reflected in your account.
