An official receipt will send to your registered email address after payment via My Meralco. The OR is currently not available within the app itself.
A service can be enrolled to a max of 4 different My Meralco accounts. The system will block the enrollment if the user attempts to enroll the same CAN and service to the 5th account.
To enroll another service to an existing account:
- Go to the “Accounts” tab.
- Click on the “Enroll another service” button.
- Enter the CAN manually or scan your CAN QR found on your bill.
- Tick the checkbox if you are the account owner or choose the relationship to the account owner if not.
- Complete the OTP validation with the code received on the mobile number associated with your My Meralco account.
- Once service enrollment is successful, My Meralco will show an “Enrollment Successful” confirmation.
- Go to the “Accounts” tab.
- To unenroll a service currently enrolled in Paperless billing, you must first cancel your Paperless billing subscription before removing the service.
- Choose a service that is not subscribed to Paperless billing. If there are multiple service enrollments in your account, the unenrollment will proceed successfully.
- Please ensure the password entered is correct.
Note: For SSO accounts, OTP validation will be required instead of password validation.
Only Postpaid customers are allowed to register to My Meralco for now. Please wait for our announcement once Prepaid customers can register to My Meralco.
- To apply for a new service, go to the "Accounts" tab in the top navigation to open the dropdown menu. Select "Request a Service".
- Choose "Apply for New Electric Service".
- Enter all necessary customer information.
- Select an Authorized Representative.
- Select for which Service Category and enter the Service details.
- Choose the billing address.
- Select appropriate discounts and value-added services.
- Upload the required documents and indicate your preference for updates via SMS.
- Your service application is successful if you see the prompt "We have received your new service application" on your screen.

To create an account, be ready with your email address, mobile number, and a Meralco bill or bill deposit receipt. You may create an account through MyMeralco.com or the My Meralco app.
Register via Web (www.mymeralco.com.ph)
- Click on the “Create Account” button on the Log In Page.
- Read and accept the “Terms and Conditions” and “Privacy Policy”.
- Fill out all the necessary information required.
- Complete the OTP validation.
- You will receive an email to validate the email address you provided.
- Click on the verification button sent to your email to be redirected to My Meralco.
- Create a password for your account.
- Congratulations! You have created your My Meralco account. Keep your password up to date for added security.
Register via My Meralco App
- Download the My Meralco App from:
- Launch the app and tap the “Create an Account” button.
- Read and accept the “Terms & Conditions” and “Privacy Policy”.
- Fill out all the necessary information required.
- Complete OTP validation.
- An email will be sent to you to validate the email address you provided. The email will also contain the link to set your password.
- Tap the link in your email to set your password.
- Congratulations! You have created your My Meralco account. Keep your password up to date for added security.
If you didn’t receive your OTP after 2 mins, you may retry by choosing to have it sent through SMS or Email
