ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard

As a Philippine publicly-listed company, Meralco participates this year in the ASEAN CG Scorecard. This Scorecard follows the sequence and content of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Principles of Corporate Governance.
