National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) migration or memorandum order No. 10 – 10 – 2017 dated last October 2017 instructs telecommunication operators to expand telephone number range from 7-digit to 8-digit format.

2. When will the NTC migration happen?

It will happen on October 6, 2019 between 12mn-5am.

3. What will happen to Meralco’s hotline (02) 16211 DURING the migration?

Meralco hotline (02) 16211 will not be accessible during the NTC migration done by the telecommunication companies.
