No. Receiving payment confirmation notifications is an exclusive feature for My Meralco/My Meralco App users who paid via My Meralco/My Meralco App.

Payments made outside the My Meralco/My Meralco App will be reflected in your My Meralco account 48 to 96 hours after the date of transaction. Please be assured that these payments are posted in our system.

For payments made between 7AM to 11PM (Phil Standard Time), your payment will be posted immediately to our system. For payments made between 11PM to 12AM (Phil Standard Time) of the following day, your payment will be posted to our system morning of the following day. For payments made between 12AM to 7AM (Phil Standard Time), your payment will be posted to our system after 7AM of the same day.

Your service may also be enrolled to another person's My Meralco account and that person may have made a payment. This may happen for landlord and lessee arrangements, family members in the same household or business accounts. Payments for a service are visible to all accounts to which this service is enrolled to.

Please report unauthorized enrollments of your Service IDs by other users or if there is a need to update records by emailing customercare@meralco.com.ph.

Only payments made through the My Meralco/My Meralco App will have a reference number. For payments made through other channels, kindly refer to the reference number or receipts provided to you.

First off, you need to create a My Meralco account. Follow the steps below to pay:

  1. Log in to your My Meralco account on mymeralco.com.ph.
  2. On the dashboard, click “Pay Bills”.
  3. Select the bills/services that you would like to pay for.
  4. Choose your payment method. (Credit card, Debit Card, or Prepaid)
  5. Review and ensure your payment details are correct. Click on “Submit” to confirm your payment.
  6. You will be redirected to the selected payment partner’s page. You will also receive a payment confirmation email as proof of your payment. (This does not serve as an OR)

You may use Credit cards and Debit cards powered by Mastercard, VISA, or JCB.

For Prepaid Cards, we accept those powered by PayMaya, Smart Money, and GCash

Once your payment is posted to our billing system, you will receive an email notification. You may also check the status of your payment via the bills and payments page of My Meralco or in the My Meralco App.
