Yes, you can! There are two (2) ways you can pay your bill online directly to Meralco:

  1. Login and pay through the Meralco Mobile App
  2. Use the browser version by logging in to Meralco Online.

No. Our payment portals are only for Meralco Accounts.

First off, you need to create a Meralco Online Account. Follow the steps below to pay:

  1. Login to your Meralco Online Account on
  2. On the dashboard, click “Pay Bills”.
  3. Select the bills/services that you would like to pay for.
  4. Choose your payment method. (Credit card, Debit Card, or Prepaid)
  5. Review and ensure your payment details are correct. Click on “Submit” to confirm your payment.
  6. You will be redirected to the selected payment partner’s page. You will also receive a payment confirmation email as proof of your payment. (This is does not serve as an OR)

Online receipts are not yet available on Meralco Online. You may request for one at any Meralco Business Center by presenting your payment confirmation email.

You may use Credit cards and Debit cards powered by Mastercard, VISA, or JCB.

For Prepaid Cards, we accept those powered by PayMaya, Smart Money, and GCash

You can pay your bills anytime, anywhere. Enjoy near-real time payment posting (7AM-11PM daily), overdue bills included. You may also pay multiple bills in 1 transaction to save you time and effort.

This means that your payments will be transacted by Meralco at the time of payment, provided you pay between 7:00AM-11:00PM. If you pay between 11:01PM - 6:59AM the following day, the payment will be credited at 7AM the following day.

Yes, you can pay in partial as long as this is for the settlement of a single bill. However, we encourage you to pay in full to avoid risking disconnection or any service inconvenience.
